Our Industrial Technology focuses on the efficient production and purification of high-purity SA-Compound, a crucial raw material for the antiviral drug oseltamivir. Utilizing a novel method, the process includes steam distillation to extract essential oils, followed by a series of steps involving anion and cation exchange resins to purify the SA-Compound. This method significantly reduces processing time and energy consumption compared to traditional techniques. The technology also features specialized equipment, such as a steam distillation apparatus and a reverse osmosis membrane, ensuring high yield and purity of SA-Compound while optimizing operational efficiency and sustainability.
